Field map for well inspectors

Find your next well. Share what's done.

Two Track turns your inspection list into a map. Techs see what's near them, mark wells done, and the whole team sees it right away.

Works on phones, tablets and laptops. No app store needed.

Mark done

Sample data. Real lists stay private to your team.

Both lists, one map
Upload your spreadsheet as-is. Two lists at once.
Works without signal
Save map areas before you leave the yard.
No double trips
Done marks sync to every tech on the team.

For techs

Everything you used to clean up in Google Earth, already done.

Pick your county once. The map shows your wells, what's closest, and what someone else already got to.

Near me

Wells sorted by distance from where you're standing. Tap one for directions.

Shared done list

Mark a well done and its pin turns green for everyone, with your name and the date.

Offline maps

Save topo or satellite for your area on Wi-Fi. Pins, search and done marks keep working without signal and sync later.

Missing GPS, handled

Wells with no coordinates get an estimated pin from the same lease. Standing at the well? Save your location as its GPS.

Operator phone numbers

Office and emergency numbers right under the well. Load your operator directory once; techs can fix a wrong one for everyone.

Search anything on the list

API, lease, operator, operator number, phone or coordinates. Out-of-county wells are flagged.

Hand off a county in one file

Covering someone else's area? Export what you finished as Excel or CSV, with the original list's headers and your completed wells highlighted. Send it to the tech whose county it is.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to install from a store.

  1. 1

    An admin uploads the list

The same CSV or spreadsheet your techs get today. No reformatting. Upload again when a new list comes out.

  2. 2

Techs sign in with their email

Only people the admin approves get in. Open the link, add it to the home screen, and it runs like an app.

  3. 3

    Drive, inspect, mark done

Find the well on the map and do the inspection in your usual system. Then mark it done so nobody else drives out.

For managers and IT

A small tool with a small footprint.

Two Track doesn't connect to your inspection or records systems. It holds the list data techs already carry, plus the team's done marks.

What it holds

  • Your inspection lists
  • Done marks: who, which well, when
  • Field-saved GPS points and operator phone numbers
  • Approved users' work emails

What it doesn't

  • No inspection results. Your system of record stays the record.
  • No connection to your networks or databases
  • No location tracking. GPS is used on the device only.
  • No passwords stored

Where it runs

  • Data on Google Cloud Firestore; sign-in by Firebase Authentication
  • Google Cloud is certified under state programs like TX-RAMP
  • Admin-approved access list, enforced by server rules
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

Start with a pilot

One team, one list cycle. We set it up with your IT team, you load the lists, and techs use it for real. At the end you decide with real numbers in hand.

Questions we get

Does this replace our inspection software?

No. Two Track helps you find wells and avoid doubling up. Inspections still go in whatever system you use now.

Will it work on company or agency tablets?

It runs in Safari, Chrome or Edge. Some company and agency web filters block new sites until IT allows them, so that's part of pilot setup.

What if a well has no GPS on the list?

It gets a dashed pin estimated from other wells on the same lease. You can download the list of missing ones, and save the real spot when you're there.

What does it cost?

It depends on team size. Email us and we'll send a quote for a pilot.
